2024 13u Lightning Team:
* NOV, DEC, JAN, FEB indoor workouts at our state of the art facility…2x a week, 90 minutes per workout
* MAR, APR, MAY, JUN (and JUL if necessary) - 1 outdoor workout per week (2 hours) for outdoor team activities
* MAR, APR, MAY, JUN (and JUL if necessary) - 1 indoor workouts per week (60 minutes) for hitting
* Multiple uniforms (top of the line uniforms) and hats
* Helmet
* Professional baseball bag
* Crossover Symmetry unit
* Team equipment (baseballs, bags, throwing nets, heavy hitting balls, etc.)
* GameChanger so games can be followed “live” online
* Two paid Lightning staff (at minimum) per every workout and game
* 10-12 tournaments (beginning end of FEB or early MAR)
* Insurance (it’s great insurance, but it is still secondary to family insurance, but every time we have used it, it has covered all out of pocket costs for families)
* Indoor space rental
* Field rental space
* Video analysis of all video provided to staff while player working on baseball related activities
